The 27th Partuat ti Kailokuan Trade Fair, a showcase of Ilocano craft, creativity and ingenuity will showcase the homegrown brands of the Pride of Place of the 23 LGUs (2 cities and 21 municipalities) in Ilocos Norte on November 16, 2023 – November 22, 2023 at the Annex Mall Activity Area, Robinsons Place Ilocos.
